Payment Service Disruption - All Routes - July 8, 2022

Due to the nationwide Rogers network outage, BC Ferries is continuing to experience fleetwide service disruptions related to processing Canadian debit cards and Canadian debit credit cards at terminals and on board vessels.
Customers are able to use their debit card at some ATM machines, depending on the machine provider.
Credit card payments are being processed as normal.
As service is intermittent, we kindly ask customers to please carry cash if they don’t have a credit card, or phone our Customer Service Centre at 1-888-223-3779 to make a Prepaid booking with a credit card.
