Property damage or injury claims
If you experience property damage or injury while travelling with us, advise a BC Ferries employee immediately:- On board: Contact the Chief Steward or a crew member while onboard the vessel
- At the terminal: Contact the Customer Service desk or a member of staff before leaving the terminal
Important:
- You are required to notify BC Ferries within seven days of the incident
- Baggage claims are excluded from this policy. If you have a baggage claim, visit baggage claims
