From coastal forests to the depths of the north Pacific, explore and immerse yourself in tales of where we've been and where we are going. Experience authentic artifacts and highly realistic settings as you journey to the Ice Age and spot a Woolly Mammoth. Dive under the ocean and check out some of the amazing creatures living in our waters. 

Located on Victoria’s Inner Harbour, the Royal BC Museum is easily accessible from downtown Victoria, and is the perfect place to step back in time.

Children ages 5 and under are complimentary and do not require a ticket

Important Note: Parts of the 3rd floor are closed for renovations. Old Town is open including the new Hayashi Studio. HMS Discovery is open along with a new display called Forgotten Landscapes. Two areas of the First Peoples’ gallery are open, Jonathon Hunt House and Our Living Languages.
