CP91207 Heriot Bay Trestle and Berth Rebuild & CP91177 Whaletown Berth Rebuild
This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified proponents (the “Proponents”) to submit proposals (the “Proposals”) for two construction packages at BC Ferries’ terminals. The scope of work for both construction packages involves the demolition and removal of existing marine structures, followed by the construction of new berths, ramps, pontoons, and dolphins, along with the installation of utility kiosks, and completion of associated hydraulics and electrical systems. Additionally, the 91207 Heriot Bay package includes a new concrete trestle, waiting room, and ticket booth, while the 91177 Whaletown package includes shoreline protection and abutment construction.

Proponents shall e-mail their proposal to the attention of the Contact shown on the title page of this RFQ, on or before the Closing Date and Time stated. Any pricing tables required in response to this RFx are to be submitted in electronic copy, in Word or Excel format. Responses must be in the English language.
Email submissions must meet the following requirements:
- Submissions must be made in Adobe PDF format. If Attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format;
- If the submitted document exceeds 10MB (the maximum capacity for one email), the proponent may submit the document in multiple emails. Each email should include a note indicating the part number, e.g., "Part xx of xx."
- Please do not include hyperlinks or website addresses in the Proposal to information that forms a part of the Proposal. BC Ferries reserves the right not to review any information provided by this means, and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent.
