Service notice - Sailing Delay

Our 8:45 pm sailing from Departure Bay (Nanaimo) to Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) departed 46 minutes behind schedule due to an earlier police incident that has since been resolved.

We expect the 10:55 pm departing Horseshoe Bay to Langdale (Sunshine Coast) to also be delayed. Please check Current Conditions if you are looking to travel with us today.

If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.
