Due to a mechanical difficulty with the vessel’s propeller, the following sailings between Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) – Langdale (Sunshine Coast) today, November 1, have been cancelled.
Cancelled Sailings:
6:20 am departing Langdale
7:30 am departing Horseshoe Bay
8:40 am departing Langdale
9:45 am departing Horseshoe Bay
If you have a booking on one of these cancelled sailings, you will hear from our Customer Service Centre who will let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing later today, or if your booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your fees and/or fares.
In the meantime, three 12 passenger water taxis have been sourced to provide service until further notice. The first water taxi will begin service at 6:20 am from Langdale.
