One of our customers experienced a medical emergency that required immediate medical attention. As a result, the 9:00 am vessel sailing on our Duke Point (Nanaimo) to Tsawwassen (Vancouver) route is currently operating 51 minutes behind schedule.
We expect the 11:30 am departing Tsawwassen, the 2:00 pm departing Duke Point, and the 4:30 pm departing Tsawwassen sailings to also be similarly delayed. Please check Current Conditions if you are looking to travel with us today.
If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.
