We are actively following a rapidly intensifying storm that is expected to reach parts of British Columbia’s West Coast by Tuesday, November 19, 2024. The adverse weather conditions may impact travel through Wednesday, November 20.

Travellers are advised to check our Service Notices page prior to travel for any possible service disruptions.

Service notice - Sailing Cancellations - Adverse Weather Conditions

To ensure the safety of our customers and crew, the following sailings between Duke Point (Nanaimo) and Tsawwassen (Vancouver) must be cancelled for tonight, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, as a result of Environment Canada’s deteriorating weather forecast for high winds in the Strait of Georgia.

Cancelled Sailings:
8:15 pm departing Tsawwassen
8:15 pm departing Duke Point
10:45 pm departing Tsawwassen
10:45 pm departing Duke Point

The final scheduled sailings today will be the 5:45 pm departures from both Tsawwassen and Duke Point.

If you have a booking on one of these cancelled sailings, you will hear from our Customer Service Centre to let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing, or if your booking must be cancelled.
