Preedy Harbour Terminal (Thetis Island)
September to November 2024
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the safe operation of our terminal facilities, we will be carrying out construction work at the Preedy Harbour terminal to maintain safe and reliable operation of the berth. Construction will begin Monday, September 16, with the first phase anticipated to be completed mid-October and the project concluded by the end of November 2024.
Work will take place between sailings from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the first phase not expected to impact sailing times. We will work closely with the contractor to minimize noise levels for our neighbours.
To reduce interference with terminal operations, night work will be required in October and November to complete repair work on the timber trestle and vehicle ramp. We will inform neighbours in advance of all night work.
Drivers and customers are asked to follow the direction of staff and signage, and are encouraged to arrive at the terminal early for their desired sailing.
