Service notice - Elevator and Chairlift Out of Service

The elevator and chair lift on our Bear Cove (Port Hardy) – Prince Rupert – Skidegate (Haida Gwaii) route are currently out of service. Access between passenger and vehicle decks is limited to the stairs.

Customers travelling with mobility restrictions who require elevator access to the passenger decks will be given the option to travel at a later date.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to complete the repairs as soon as possible.
