Due to forecasted high winds for the Strait of Georgia and North Vancouver Island, service on multiple routes may be affected on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

The safety of our passengers and crew is of primary importance to us. We are continuing to monitor this weather system and will share information as it becomes available.

BC Ferries’ Customer Service Centre hours for the holiday:

  • December 24 – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • December 25 – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  • December 31 – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

If you have a booking and your sailing is cancelled due to weather, we will automatically refund your fees and/or fares. Click here for more information about bookings on cancelled sailings. Customers can make changes to their existing booking through bcferries.com or the app.
