DAY 1

Prince Rupert to Tlell via Skidegate 

Your adventure begins with a seven-hour sailing across the Hecate Strait to Skidegate. On the way, enjoy breathtaking scenery and keep an eye out for coastal wildlife. Once you have arrived in Tlell, check into your accommodation and enjoy a gourmet west coast style welcoming dinner at the lodge.

DAY 2

Tlell

Start your morning off with a hearty breakfast prepared by the lodge’s chef. Then get ready for a private tour of the award-winning Kay Llnagaay Heritage Centre and Museum and immerse yourself in Haida Gwaii’s rich history. Afterwards, visit local Haida artisan’s studios and carving sheds and watch as master artists work in their element on Haida monumental totem poles, canoes and other large projects.

DAY 3

Naikoon Provincial Park

Spend today exploring the beauty of Naikoon Provincial Park with a guided tour. Hike to Taaw Tldáaw (Tow Hill) where on a clear day you can see all the way to Alaska. Afterwards, recharge with a picnic lunch at Agate Beach, before finishing your trip to Naikoon Provincial Park with a visit to Hiellen Village.

DAY 4

Tlell to Prince Rupert via Skidegate

After checking out of your hotel, go on a morning stroll along the shore and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Drive towards Skidegate and prepare for your sailing back to Prince Rupert.
