Due to forecasted high winds for the Strait of Georgia and North Vancouver Island, service on multiple routes may be affected on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

The safety of our passengers and crew is of primary importance to us, and we will continue to monitor this weather system and share information as it becomes available.

BC Ferries’ Customer Service Centre will be closed for the holiday, however, Service Notices will continue to be posted with regular updates provided throughout the day. Travellers can find our Service Notices posted here.

To allow us enough time to get you comfortably on board, arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled sailing.

Boarding assistance is based on order of arrival at the terminal and there is a low risk you may need to be placed on a later sailing to provide you with the assistance you need.
